The hub is informational: it explains the model and routes physicians and employers to the right board. Jobs, applications, and accounts live on the specialty boards, not here. Yellowcross does not provide direct patient care, patient-facing telehealth, or clinical reads; it builds and operates the business layer around the groups that do.

## Definition of telemedicine used here

A specialty belongs on this hub when it passes three tests: (1) the clinical work product is digital or digitizable, (2) physician geography does not affect the outcome, and (3) the commercial relationship is institutional (group to hospital, lab, or imaging center), not consumer video visits.
