Privacy Statement

This statement explains what telemedicine.jobs collects, who receives it, and how long it is kept. telemedicine.jobs is operated by Yellowcross Healthcare Commerce LLC ("Yellowcross", "we", "us"). It is a marketing hub for Yellowcross specialty job boards. Each board has its own privacy statement covering accounts, profiles, and applications on that board.

1. What we collect

• Sign-up forms. Name, work email, the specialty or role family you asked about, and, for employers, organization name and what you need. Nothing else is required.
• Analytics. Only if you accept cookies: page views and interactions via Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager. IP addresses are anonymized by Google Analytics 4.
• Server logs. Firebase Hosting records request metadata (IP address, user agent, URL, timestamp) for security and operations.

2. Cookies and consent

The site sets no analytics or marketing cookies until you choose "Accept all" in the banner. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage under yc-consent-v1. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a decline unless you have made an explicit choice on this site.

• Accepted. Google Tag Manager loads and Google Analytics 4 measures page views and interactions. No HubSpot script or cookie is ever loaded.
• Declined or undecided. No third-party script loads at all. The sign-up forms work in both cases: they submit to HubSpot's forms API directly from your browser without cookies.

To change your choice, clear this site's data in your browser and reload.

3. Who receives it

• HubSpot, Inc. processes form submissions and stores contact records on our behalf (customer relationship management).
• Google LLC. Firebase Hosting delivers the site; Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager run only with consent.
• Yellowcross staff read submissions to send the notification or reply you asked for.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with the employers on any board unless you apply on that board yourself.

4. How we use it

• To email you once when a board you asked about goes live.
• To reply to employer inquiries.
• To understand which pages are used, in aggregate, if you accepted analytics.
• To protect the site and comply with law.

5. Retention

• Notification sign-ups (physician and non-clinical): kept until the board launches and the notice is sent, then 12 months, unless you opt in to something else.
• Employer inquiries: 24 months from the last contact, or longer if they become a commercial record.
• Analytics data: event-level data 2 months and user-level data 14 months, the retention settings of the Google Analytics 4 property.

6. Your choices

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can ask us to correct, export, or delete your information at any time by writing to hello@telemedicine.jobs. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws have the rights those laws provide; we honor requests regardless of where you live.

7. Children

This site is for physicians, healthcare professionals in non-clinical roles, and healthcare employers. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.

8. Changes

We will update the date at the top of this page when this statement changes. Material changes are noted on the home page for 30 days.
