Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of telemedicine.jobs (the "Site"), operated by Yellowcross Healthcare Commerce LLC ("Yellowcross", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to them. Each Yellowcross specialty job board has its own terms that govern accounts, listings, and applications on that board.

1. What the Site is

The Site is an informational hub. It describes Yellowcross job boards, links to them, and lets you ask to be notified when a board opens or to make an employer inquiry. The Site does not host job listings, accept applications, or create accounts.

2. No patient care, no patient information

Yellowcross does not provide medical care or clinical services through the Site or any board. Do not submit patient information of any kind. If you do, we will delete it and may block further submissions.

3. Acceptable use

• Provide accurate information in any form you submit.
• Do not scrape, mirror, or automate access to the Site beyond ordinary search-engine indexing.
• Do not attempt to interfere with the Site's operation or security.
• Do not use the Site to send unsolicited commercial messages.

4. No guarantees about outcomes

Information on the Site about specialties, markets, and boards is provided for general orientation. We do not promise that any board will launch by a given date, that any listing will be available, or that any application or inquiry will lead to employment, a contract, or coverage. Status labels on the Site are descriptive, not commitments.

5. Links to other sites

The Site links to Yellowcross specialty boards and to third parties. Those sites have their own terms and privacy statements. We are not responsible for third-party content.

6. Intellectual property

The Site's content, design, wordmarks, and the Yellowcross name and logo belong to Yellowcross or its licensors. You may link to the Site. You may not reproduce its content for commercial purposes without written permission.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yellowcross disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
